Fortum is a clean energy leader. The company supplies power, heat and cooling, along with intelligent management solutions. We partnered to organize events that truly energize participants.
An element of our cooperation with Fortum is event organization, both for their own employees and for strategic business partners. The aim is primarily to strengthen relationships but it is also a chance to represent new plans and offers from the brand.
Fortum events are split into two parts. The morning session includes conference panels with a sharp focus on business, which allows the brand, through its experience, to present itself as an expert and thought-leader.
Following the panel are integration events. We focus on the main topics with groups of 40 to 50 people, which brings great additional value to the panel session.
At every event the main themes are defined by interested attractions, which depend on us and can often either make or break the event. The attractions are also guided by the location and organization of the event.
During the Cuban night, participants could learnt to play drums, try out their salsa moves with an instructor from the Torres school, and roll their own cigars. And the whole night was topped off with a concert of the Jose Torres Band.
We also organized firewalking and glasswalking events where participants could walk on a burning path or one of shattered glass. There was also great enthusiasm for our coin minting and cannon workshops, as well as tasting traditional Polish liquors in Ogrodzieniec Castle.
We chose event locations that were convenient for clients and located in area like the Karkonosze or Beskidy mountains. We selected only 4- or 5-star hotels with a spa and swimming pool on site.
Great feedback from participants convinced Fortum to choose us for future events. We chose the cosy Seven Ponds Beauty Spot for an employee integration event in February 2018, the aim of which was to get to know more about the concept of Customer Experience.
A workshop was led by Paweł Tkaczyk and followed collective picture made by guests which was then taken to the company headquarters. At the same time, everyone had the chance to taking part in wine tasting, spa treatments and massages. The evening’s musical entertainment was shared between a performance from Dominika Muzykant and a dance set from a DJ.
